In this article, we take you behind the scenes of our complete interior design process — so you know exactly what happens when you choose Soul of Art Interio.

Who We Are

Soul of Art Interio is more than just an interior design studio — it is a creative space where art meets architecture, and where your personality shapes every design decision we make.

Founded by Dhrumit Zalavadiya, Soul of Art Interio has been serving homeowners, entrepreneurs, and businesses across Ahmedabad with a commitment to quality, creativity, and client satisfaction. We believe that great interiors don’t just look good — they feel right, function brilliantly, and reflect who you truly are.

Our Interior Design Services

We offer a full range of interior design services, including:

• Residential Interior Design — Bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, dining areas, and full-home design

• Commercial Space Design — Offices, retail stores, showrooms, cafes, and hospitality spaces

• Space Planning & Layout Optimization — Maximizing every square foot of your space

How It Works — Our Complete 5-Step Design Process

We follow a clear, client-friendly process that ensures every project is delivered on time, within budget, and beyond expectations.

Step 1: Free Consultation Call

Everything begins with a conversation. We start with a completely free, no-obligation consultation — either over a call or in person at your convenience. During this session, you share your vision, your lifestyle, your preferences, and your budget. We listen carefully, ask the right questions, and make sure we truly understand what your ideal space looks like. No two clients are the same, and we treat every project as one of a kind.

Step 2: Site Visit & Professional Measurement

After the initial consultation, our design team visits your space in person. We take precise measurements, study the natural light, assess the existing architecture, and note any structural elements to be incorporated or worked around. This thorough on-ground assessment forms the foundation of your custom design — because a great design must be rooted in the realities of your actual space.

Step 3: Concept Design & 3D Visualization

This is where your vision truly comes to life. Our designers create a fully customized interior concept based on your inputs and the site data we have gathered. You receive a detailed 3D visualization — a photorealistic rendering of what your transformed space will look like — before a single wall is touched. You can review, suggest changes, and approve the design with complete confidence. We make revisions until you are 100% happy.

Step 4: Approval & Full Execution

Once you have approved the design, we move into execution mode. Our skilled team manages every aspect of the project — material sourcing, vendor coordination, skilled craftsmen, installation, quality inspections, and timeline management. You receive regular updates throughout the process so you are always in the loop. Your only job is to wait and look forward to the reveal.

Step 5: Final Styling & Handover

The final step is our absolute favourite — the reveal. Once all the work is complete, we conduct a thorough final walkthrough, checking every detail against the approved design. We then style the space to perfection — placing decor, fine-tuning lighting, and adding those finishing touches that elevate a room from good to extraordinary. When we hand it over, your dream space is ready to move into and live beautifully.
